We are a well equipped  fighting sports, traditional martial arts and fitness training facility while also offering a free weights and machine weights area. Since we're located at Haydon Industrial Estate, Radstock we are within minutes of Midsomer Norton, Chilcompton, Peasdown, and just a short drive from Frome, Bath and Wells.

We offer an extensive line of training programs for individuals interested in martial arts, self-defense, fighting sports, or just interested in getting in shape. The programs we offer can be custom tailored for beginners to advanced and for individuals or the whole family.
